Flash Required for MRRS Field User CBT
1) You need to contact the NMCI Help Desk and request a 'push' of the lasted version of Flash Player for the MRRS to display properly.

Even if your system indicates that the current version of Flash Player has all ready been pushed, you will need to have it pushed again. If required, reference NMCI Trouble Ticket Number SDH000003521306 of July 11, 2006.

2) Contact your network administrator and request a Flash installation.
